1 Membership and Eligibility

The following conditions must be met to open an account and use any service on jay9 bad:

• The applicant must be at least 21 years of age. Any attempt by a minor to open an account is strictly prohibited.
• Each person may operate only one account. jay9 bad reserves the right to close all accounts if multiple accounts are found.

2 Account Verification and Security

jay9 bad reserves the right to verify the identity of every account. Withdrawals may be held until the verification process is complete.

• A clear photo of a National ID (NID) or passport.
• An active mobile number, which will be used for OTP verification.
• Proof of ownership of the payment method (if required).

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

The following policies apply to all financial transactions:

3.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳100.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank).
• Deposited funds may only be used within the same account and cannot be transferred to another account.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

3.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.

4 Bonuses and Promotions

New members at jay9 bad receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The terms related to bonuses are listed below:

4.1 Wagering Requirements

• The bonus amount must be wagered 15 times before a withdrawal can be made.
• Example: On a ৳1,000 deposit you receive a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200; the wagering requirement to fulfil is ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.

4.2 General Bonus Policy

• To receive a bonus, the first deposit must be made after registration.
• Each member may use each promotion only once.
• If unusual betting patterns are detected while using a bonus, the bonus may be cancelled.
• jay9 bad reserves the right to change the terms of any promotion or withdraw a promotion at any time.

5 VIP Programme and Cashback

The jay9 bad VIP programme has three tiers, and weekly cashback is provided at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.4% cashback per week.
• Silver: up to 0.8% cashback per week.
• Gold: up to 1.2% cashback per week.

Cashback is calculated from the total net loss for that week (total losses minus total wins). For example, if a Silver member's net loss for the week is ৳20,000, the cashback will be ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160.

Members can move up to a higher VIP tier through regular play. Detailed conditions for VIP tier changes will be communicated in due course.

6 Game and Betting Rules

The following policies apply to all games and betting activities:

6.1 Software and Technology

• Attempting to modify, hack, or otherwise interfere with jay9 bad's game software in any way is strictly prohibited.
• The use of automated betting software, bots, or any other third-party tools is prohibited.

6.2 Disputes Over Results

• If there is a dispute over the result of any game, it must be reported via live chat or email within 48 hours.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, the result of that round may be voided.
• jay9 bad's decision will be considered final.

6.3 Sports Betting

• Bets placed before a match starts will be settled according to the applicable rules for that match.
• If a match is postponed or abandoned, bet settlement will follow standard betting rules.
• Odds offered due to an obvious error may be withdrawn.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jay9 bad platform:

• Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources.
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Harassing, threatening, or deceiving other members.
• Operating an account under a false identity.

If such activities are detected, the account will be permanently closed and the associated balance may be forfeited.

8 Responsible Gaming
